Website Maintenance & Management Services
Your store has enough moving parts. You do not need to manage all of them yourself.
Products go up. Reviews come in. Apps update themselves. Google changes something. And every small thing that slips waits quietly until it shows up in your sales.
Our job is to notice the cracks early and close them before they cost you

Built for Shopify & Wix stores
Shopify maintenance
Shopify maintenance covers the store's moving parts: theme and app updates that break checkout without warning, product and collection hygiene, speed on mobile, and the feed your products send to Google Shopping and Meta.
A Shopify store that nobody maintains does not crash. It leaks.
Wix website maintenance
Wix maintenance covers updates and integrations, bookings and store components, mobile breakpoints that shift silently, and the SEO settings Wix hides in panels most owners never open.

Why Businesses Come To Us
The work that keeps getting pushed to next week
Most ecommerce problems are not dramatic. They are small things nobody has time to own. Until there are hundreds of them.
Your website keeps changing
A new app gets installed. Something changes on mobile. A security update is due. None of it is complicated. Someone still has to notice.
That is what website maintenance services are for.
Your catalogue keeps growing
Adding a product is easy. Keeping hundreds to the same standard is not. Titles get missed. Descriptions vary. Nobody has opened the older pages in months.
That is what our ecommerce services cover, every month.
Your listing keeps drifting
Your Google Business Profile is not set-and-forget. Information changes. Reviews come in. Listings drift. Customers notice. By the time you remember, the damage is public.
Google Business Profile optimization and online reputation management belong in the monthly routine.
Your buyers keep asking AI
Your customers ask ChatGPT and Perplexity which brands to consider. Those questions never reach your analytics. If your brand is missing from the answers, nothing tells you.
Brand Management monitors those answers and works your content into them.

01
The Discovery Call
You tell us what is happening in the business. What is growing, what keeps getting missed, what is taking more time than it should. We look at the catalogue, the growth plan and the areas that need ongoing attention, then recommend the level of support.
02
The Baseline
Before changing anything, we need a starting point. Monitor records the opening position across the areas it measures, so future reporting has something to compare against, including our own work
03
The Standard
We write down what a correctly managed product page, profile and listing looks like for your business. Future checks run against that standard, which keeps the work consistent even as the store changes.
04
The Monthly Cycle
This is where the hours go. Catalogue checks, product page optimisation, SEO, content, Google Business Profile management, and at Brand Management level, feed management, AI visibility and the month's CRO experiment. Then the report. Then the call.
05
The Month-Three Review
Three months gives enough movement for a useful conversation about the level of support. Is the current tier right, do you need more, do you need less. The answer comes from the work and the data, not from a sales target.
Our System
Marketing packages for businesses that need ongoing help
Not every business needs the same level of support. Some need the website kept healthy. Some need the catalogue and Google presence managed. FAQS
Your website maintenance questions, answered
Website maintenance services cover the recurring technical care a live website needs: uptime and health monitoring, backups, system and security updates, and small content changes on request. At TAMEYO this is the Basic tier. Maintenance keeps the site healthy. It does not touch your products, your SEO or your Google listing. That work starts at Pro." Also "recurring technical care a live website needs" → "the technical work a live site needs every month". Care is soft; work is what she is buying.
Website maintenance keeps the site technically healthy: monitoring, backups, security updates, small fixes. Website management services include maintenance and add the commercial work: every new product checked before it goes live, existing product pages optimised against performance data, titles and descriptions written, rankings monitored, crawl errors repaired, and the Google Business Profile managed. At TAMEYO, maintenance is Basic at 5 hours a month. Management begins at Pro at 20 hours, the first tier where your products are actively looked after.
Website maintenance costs from about $650 a month for basic upkeep to $3,200 or more for full store management. What moves the number is hours and scope: how many products go up each month, whether anyone manages the catalogue, and whether AI visibility and CRO testing are included.
TAMEYO quotes on the Discovery Call, once we have seen the store. TAMEYO Monitor starts at $29
A website maintenance package bundles a fixed number of monthly hours with a written list of what those hours cover. TAMEYO runs three. Basic: monitoring, backups, security updates, small content changes. Pro adds your products, ongoing SEO and your Google Business Profile. Brand Management adds AI engine visibility, CRO testing and product feeds. Every package includes TAMEYO Monitor.
Ask any website maintenance company four questions. What happens to my products every month? Who manages my Google listing? What is explicitly excluded? And what do I get in writing at the end of each month? Most maintenance agencies answer the first three vaguely, because vagueness is where scope disputes start. Ask for the exclusions before you ask for the price.
No. Hosting and maintenance are separate, and bundling them is where a lot of confusion starts. Hosting is where your site lives, billed by your platform, and Shopify and Wix both include it. Maintenance is the monthly work of keeping the site healthy on top of that hosting. TAMEYO does not resell hosting and takes no platform commission. You keep your own Shopify or Wix account and pay them directly.
Shopify maintenance covers the parts of a store that move: theme and app updates that can break checkout without warning, mobile checks, keeping products and collections tidy as they pile up, how fast the store loads on a phone, and the product feeds sent to Google Shopping and Meta. TAMEYO is a Certified Shopify Expert and an Official Wix Partner, so the same standard applies on either platform. At Pro level and above the catalogue itself is managed: new products checked before they go live, and up to 10 existing product pages optimised each month, 25 at Brand Management level.
Month three. That is the earliest point where you have a trend rather than two numbers. Month one records the baseline: rankings, reviews, speed and profile completeness. Month two shows what moved. Month three gives you a direction. At TAMEYO month three is a scheduled review, not an informal check-in: we look at the trend together and confirm, raise or lower the tier on the evidence.
TAMEYO Monitor is included in every tier and sold separately at $29, $67 or $147 a month. It checks your site, your listing, your reviews, your speed and your rankings, compares them with last month, and gives you one thing to fix. It needs no access to any account: one short form, once. Every tier includes the matching level: Lite with Basic, Pro with Pro, Agency with Brand Management. At Agency level it also works as an ai visibility tool, tracking how AI engines answer questions about your market.
No. TAMEYO does not provide PPC or ad management. Google Shopping and Meta appear in Brand Management as product feed management: keeping the product data your store sends to those platforms accurate and complete. That is feed hygiene, not ad buying. If you run ads elsewhere, clean feeds mean every paid click lands on a page that is actually right.
Generative engine optimization is the work of getting your brand into the answers AI engines generate: ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews. SEO targets a list of links; generative engine optimization targets the written answer that names a few brands and cites a few sources. At Brand Management level, TAMEYO monitors those answers monthly, tracks your mentions and citations, and adjusts your content to enter them. If your customers ask ChatGPT what to buy, this decides whether your name comes up. Nothing in your analytics will ever tell you either way.
