Refund and Cancellation Policy

TAMEYO Group Lda ("TAMEYO", "we", "us", "our"), a private limited liability company registered in Lisbon, Portugal, provides the services described on www.tameyogroup.com.
This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains your rights to refunds and cancellation for our self-serve digital products. It forms part of, and must be read together with, our Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If anything in this policy conflicts with our Terms in respect of self-serve digital products, this policy prevails for those products.
1. Products this policy covers
1.1. Free Instagram Shadowban & Engagement Checker (free). 1.2. Instagram Audit Report (one-time purchase, $97). 1.3. TAMEYO Monitor (subscription, $29 per month). Custom agency engagements governed by a signed proposal or agreement are not covered by this policy. Their refund and termination terms are set out in that proposal and in our Terms and Conditions.
2. Free tools
Our free tools are provided at no charge, so there is nothing to pay and nothing to refund. We may change, limit, rate-limit, or discontinue any free tool at any time without notice.
3. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Instagram Audit Report, $97)
3.1. We offer a 30-day, no-questions-asked, full money-back guarantee on the one-time Instagram Audit Report. 3.2. You may request a full refund within 30 calendar days of the date your report is delivered to you. 3.3. To request a refund, reply to your report delivery email, or email service@tameyogroup.com from, or quoting, the email address used at purchase. 3.4. We refund the full amount you paid to your original payment method. You do not need to give a reason. We may invite optional feedback so we can improve, but it is never a condition of the refund. 3.5. We aim to approve and issue eligible refunds within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the funds to your account.
4. TAMEYO Monitor subscription ($29 per month)
4.1. Billing. The subscription is billed in advance each month and renews automatically until you cancel. 4.2. First-payment guarantee. New subscribers may request a full refund of their first monthly payment within 30 calendar days of the initial charge, on the same no-questions basis as Section 3. 4.3. Cancellation. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops all future renewals. Your access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. 4.4. After the first 30 days. Payments already charged for the current or past billing periods are non-refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise. Cancelling prevents the next charge; it does not retroactively refund the period you are currently in. 4.5. How to cancel. Cancel from your account area [if available], or email service@tameyogroup.com at least 24 hours before your renewal date. We recommend cancelling before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. 4.6. Price changes. We will give you at least 30 days' notice by email of any change to your subscription price. If you continue after the change takes effect, you accept the new price. If you do not agree, cancel before it applies. 4.7. Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, we may retry it and may suspend access until payment succeeds. Continued failure may result in cancellation of the subscription.
5. Your statutory rights and immediate delivery (EU/EEA consumers)
5.1. If you are a consumer in the EU or EEA, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. 5.2. Our digital products, such as the Instagram Audit Report, are delivered immediately after purchase. At checkout you expressly request that we begin performance immediately, and you acknowledge that once the digital report has been delivered you lose your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for that report. 5.3. Our voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee is more generous than the statutory 14-day right and applies regardless, on the terms above. 5.4. Nothing in this policy removes or limits any mandatory consumer right that cannot be waived under the law of your country of residence.
6. How refunds are paid
6.1. Refunds are made to the original payment method used for the purchase. 6.2. Refunds are issued in the currency of the original transaction. We are not responsible for exchange-rate differences, or for fees charged by your bank, card issuer, or payment provider. 6.3. Where VAT was charged, it is refunded together with the refunded amount as required by law.
7. Chargebacks and payment disputes
7.1. If you believe you are owed a refund, please contact us first. Most issues are resolved within a day or two. 7.2. Starting a chargeback or payment dispute before contacting us may delay resolution. We reserve the right to contest chargebacks where a refund was already offered or made, or where our records show the product was delivered as described.
8. Fair use and abuse of the guarantee
The guarantee is intended for genuine dissatisfaction. We reserve the right to decline a refund, decline future sales, or close an account where we reasonably believe the guarantee or refunds are being abused, including repeated buy-and-refund cycles, fraud, or chargeback abuse.
9. Changes to products and availability
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any product at any time. If we discontinue a paid product that you have already paid for and that has not yet been delivered, we will refund the undelivered portion.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The version in force at the time of your purchase governs that purchase. Material changes are posted on this page with a new effective date.
